NSW Maritime are asking the community to stay away from the stranded fishing boat on Haywards Beach, just north of Bermagui. Transport for NSW is managing the removal of the vessel and shoreline clean-up. People on land and from vessels on the water must stay at least 30 metres away from the stranded boat to allow salvage contractors access. The general public are also advised to not pick up any debris but to report debris to staff on site or call 13 12 36 (Option 2).
