No Sth East ACM newspapers to be printed until July

Not good news for Bay Post / Moruya Examiner, Narooma News or Bega News

Mumbrella reports:

"Australian Community Media (ACM) has ceased print operations at four of its press facilities as it suspends a number of non-daily newspapers. All employees at the sites and on the titles have been stood down until the end of June.

"The four print sites impacted by the change are Canberra, Murray Bridge, Wodonga and Tamworth. They will be closed from next Monday, April 20th." The Bay Post / Moruya Examiner, Independent, Narooma News and Bega News are printed in Canberra. ******************************** Your Beagle online news at www.beagleweekly.com.au will still be providing all your news, from Sth Durras to the Tilbas - free, 24/7 and on your PC, tablet or phone.
