No conclusive link to Covid vaccination in death of 48 year old diabetic

Federal health authorities are investigating the death of a 48-year-old diabetic New South Wales woman who developed blood clots after receiving a COVID-19 vaccine.

It is not known which vaccine she received. More tests are needed to confirm what role, if any, the vaccine had in her death. The ABC has been told preliminary tests did not find a conclusive link to the vaccination.
