This week sees the old pirate-ship play equipment at Surf Beach set sail, making room for a brand new playground.
It’s onward and, literally, upward for the compact play area, with a new two-storey tower featuring three slides, a climbing net and lots of nooks and crannies to explore. Plus there’s great views from the top!
A seesaw and spinner provide additional play options for all ages.
Work is currently underway and the playground site and nearest car parks will be closed for approximately two weeks to complete playground, weather permitting.
