There were three games of triples played on Tuesday in lovely Autumn conditions.
A twist to the game this week came on ends 9 to 18 where the four closest bowls were scored as in consistency, 4, 3, 2 and 1. The winning team, decided by Lucky Rinks, was Carol Harraway, Sue Bender and John Scott (skip) who had a good win against Heather McGourty, Sue Wales and Barb McNamara (skip). Heather played well with her new, bright, bowls.
Pam Grant won the Rappley’s Meat raffle and Kevin Callaway took out second prize. Thank you to Rapley and Sons for their continued support.
