Narooma Ladies golf results

Our annual Women’s Open Triple Course Challenge was held on Sunday 28/5.

It was a bit chilly in the morning but the day was fine and sunny. We had visitors from nine clubs, everyone enjoyed the catch up with friends and the competition.

Congratulations to Sylvia Donohoe from Narooma who was the scratch winner of Div 1 with a score of 79.

Scratch runner-up was Elyse Cuzner from Bega with a score of 86.

Tina Wilson from Narooma was the scratch winner in Div 2 with a score of 94 ocb.

Scratch runner-up was Margaret Nugent from RMC with 94 ocb.

Nett winner from Narooma was Janice Eardley with a score of 72.

Brooklyn MacLeod from Gungahlin was our youngest competitor and was the Stableford winner in Div 3 with a score of 41 off her handicap of 44

Runner-up from Mollymook was Penny Paterson with a score of 39 off her handicap of 30

Continuing from Sunday, on Monday we played a 4BBB Stableford and most visitors stayed to compete. We had 26 teams participating in the event.

The winning team from Narooma was Sylvia Donohoe and Chris Fader with a score of 44.

Runners-up were also from Narooma, Julie Melville and Bec Smart with 43 ocb to Jenny McIntyre and Jan Shevlin.

Congratulations to all who participated.


Wednesday 31/5 our annual Stableford Grandmothers and Bridget Jones event was held with 34 entrants.

2 Divisions: Div 1-0-28; Div 2-29-45

Div 1 winner and Grandmother trophy winner with a score of 39 off her handicap of 16 was Kay Lawrence.

Runner up was Bec Smart with a score of 36 ocb off her handicap of 15

Div 2 winner and Bridget Jones trophy winner was Helen Ellis with a huge score of 47 off her handicap of 33

Runner up was Moira Richards also with a great score of 38 off her handicap of 34
