Sunshine, blue skies and a little wind was the order of the day when 30 Moruya Women Golfer’s played the 5th Medal Stroke Round on Wednesday, 5th August.
Jan Lumsden led the field for Div.1 with a notable 77 nett C/B. R/U was Jenny Ellis also with 77 nett C/B.
An absence from golf did no harm to Div. 2’s winner Marie Muriwai who scored a most impressive 74 nett. R/U was Angie McMillan with 78 nett C/B.
Consistenly methodical, Judi Hebbard played her best winning Div. 3 with 74 nett. R/U Jan Louttit scored 77 nett.
Judi Hebbard was the outstanding winner of the day and the prized Monthly Medal.
Robyn Hawkins, Marie Muriwai and Judi Hebbard recorded the lowest putting scores in their Divisions.
