Montague Choristers are delighted to announce that our Neeman Piano Duo concert will go ahead as scheduled at 2:30 pm on Saturday November 20 at St Paul's Anglican Church, Narooma. It will be wonderful to welcome Edward and Stephanie Neeman from Canberra for a program that includes major works for piano four-hands by Samuel Barber and Francis Poulenc, as well as Edward Neeman's own arrangement of the Pas-de-Deux from Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker Suite and some pieces for piano solo by Chopin.
The Neeman Piano Duo has been widely acclaimed for impeccable musicianship and unique onstage chemistry in performances across America, Australia, and Asia. Their wide-ranging repertoire encompasses classical masterpieces and duets by the composers of today, as well as original arrangements of popular tunes and Broadway hits. As a husband-and-wife duo, they have performed with orchestras including the National Capital Orchestra and the Canberra Youth Orchestra.
