Minister for the Environment Sussan Ley "with great respect"


Kristy McBain posts:

"I’m shocked, disappointed and angry at how out of touch this government is. Today I spoke to Parliament about the ongoing impacts of the bushfires on our communities and our businesses and our need for ongoing support. The response I got from the Minister for the Environment was ‘the bushfires were 18 months ago’. Yes the bushfires were over 18 months ago but there are people still struggling and this government’s response is "get over it". I’ll continue to stand up for our community!"
