Message for our Easter tourists from the South Coast Police District

South Coast Police District advise: Welcome to the South Coast from the Police at the South Coast Police District We hope you enjoy your stay and have a wonderful time sampling what the area has to offer. However, you must also be mindful to not create any opportunities for the crooks. Please lock your vehicle at all times when you are not physically in it Remove all valuables from the vehicle or at least keep them out of sight in the boot, not just shoved under the seats Don’t leave any property just lying unsecured outside your cabin, tent, Holiday home or campsite. Secure your esky’s, bikes and any other valuable items. Please get a good strong chain and lock to secure your bikes. Remember if it can be cut easily by bolt cutters you need a bigger chain and lock. Better still. If you have a Holiday Home or Cabin, stick the bikes inside. Please don’t take jewellery, wallets and purses to the beach and leave them unattended while you go for a swim. Have a great stay on the South Coast and please come back and visit again.
