Marine Rescue Batemans Bay on the water

A crew from Marine Rescue Batemans Bay has rescued three people on a disabled open runabout just off North Head on the bay.

Batemans 20 has returned the vessel, stranded by a mechanical failure, to the Hanging Rock boat ramp.

The crew was Richard Blundell, Glenn Felkin, Rod Ingamells and coxswain trainee Wayne Ellison, from neighbouring MR Tuross, with communications support from radio operators Geoff Collocott, Anna Wirtz and Sue Diamond. Photos: Marine Rescue Batemans Bay
