Lance Shadbolt wins stableford competition

Tuross Head Country Club golf is now being played with members and visitors adapting to new range of rules and conditions. The course is in excellent condition and providing everyone continues to follow the guidelines there is no reason men, ladies and veteran golfers cannot continue to enjoy the welcome break out on the course.


New course game rules, player etiquette requirements, booking procedure for competition and social golf games and golf cart hire are all clearly defined at the club and need to be met.

It is essential everyone complies with the new rules.

Tuross men golfers competed in a stableford competition on Saturday April 25 and Lance Shadbolt emerged as the winner with a score of 39 points. 

He was closely followed by Steve Johnston and Tim Watson both on 38 points.

 Jim Wade and Bob Hay scored 36 points get them an award listing.

Balls were awarded down to 33 stableford points.
