Kathy Crossling Masters the Greens to Win Stableford Event

A small group of only forty players teed off for the Single Stableford event. Winner on the day was Kathy Crossling with 22 points followed home by Ron Hanlon on 21 on count back from David Williams, and then Tony Crook on 20, again on count back. Balls or chocolates were won by Paul Green, Ross Hendy and Greg Thornton on 20, Lyn Benger, Neal Watson and Len Rogers on 19, and finally Stephen Crossling on 18 after a multiple count back was required.

This week's Bradman award winner was newcomer Blaise Madden who suffered badly at the hands of the handicapper (he promises to do better next week Blaise !!!). Nearest the pins went to Kevin Dukes on the 4th, Stephen Crossling on the 6th, and to Leonie Snodgrass and Ken Brown on the 7th. Chris Wratten took out the Accuracy award on the 5th.
