Make a donation and wear last year’s badge!! Ross Arnold, Chairman of the Narooma Legacy Group told The Beagle "Sadly, due to COVID-19 restrictions this event has had to be changed significantly this year. We are unable to sell badges and have to raise money in a different way. We are therefore seeking tax deductible donations from the members of our local communities so we can continue our support."

Ross said "The Narooma Legacy Group supports surviving spouses and dependent children of deceased war veterans living in the Narooma, Tuross, Moruya, Tilba and Bermagui areas.

"As Legatees (Legacy Volunteers) we currently assist 100 widows financially, practically, emotionally and socially, to ensure they are able to live safely and happily, often without local family support.

"One of our annual major fundraising events is Legacy Badge week." To donate, the bank account details are as follows:
