International Women's Day -Local women inspiring greatness for all in the Eurobodalla Mar 8th

Local women inspiring greatness for all in the Eurobodalla Shire Eurobodalla resident, inspirational speaker and best selling author Lunaria Gaia will be taking the stage on International Women’s Day at Soul Space to celebrate strength, resilience, sisterhood and connection along with Jacinta Dubojski and Ness Shannon. Join a memorable evening to celebrate International Women’s Day. “Our Stories Unite Us” celebrates how our different life journeys can offer the pieces that bring us together.

Sharing her story from self harm and such poor body image and self worth that she developed bulimia, Lunaria will be showcasing the resilience that it takes to be our authentic selves in a world that encourages impossible beauty standards and unrealistic expectations of who we’re meant to be. “You can’t win- you’re too skinny or not skinny enough. You’re too loud or need to speak up more. You’re too shy or over confident. You’re not flying the flag if you’re a full time mother or you’re a terrible one if you follow your dreams. It’s impossible and there is no winning.” Jacinta Dubojski is the creator and founder of the ‘Just Another GIRL’ project. Jacinta will share her confronting and inspiring story of bullying and domestic violence as featured in the Canberra times and Who Magazine. Ness Shannon is the founder of Active Art running Wellbeing Workshops and programs for all ages and abilities. Entrepreneur, mother of 3 and business owner- she moves people around her to feel empowered, connected and have the confidence to explore and challenge themselves. Ness now owns Soul Space with her partner, Charlie, and it is here that those around her can feel empowered, connected and have the confidence to explore and challenge themselves through the services on offer. This unforgettable night will make its mark on the Eurobodalla community ● Ticketed event with limited places ● 3 inspirational and high profile women in the shire share their stories ● Take home gift, nibbles and complimentary drink on arrival
