Heatwave Situation for Saturday, Sunday, & Monday (3 days starting 23/01/2021)
A broad area of low intensity heatwave can be seen across most of southern and southeastern Australia, extending from central southern WA, across to the coast of NSW, south to include most of Tas and just entering southern NT and southwest Qld.
Severe heatwave conditions are forecast broadly over most of Vic, the southern half of NSW, eastern SA and northeast and northwestern Tas. An area of extreme heatwave is forecast at the Vic/NSW border extending to just south of Sydney.
