Get fit - for free

Two programs: The Healthy Eating Activity and Lifestyle (HEAL™) program is a Free lifestyle modification program that enables participants to develop lifelong healthy eating and physical activity behaviours. HEAL™ consists of 8 weekly group education and group exercise sessions as well as individual consultations pre- and post-program, plus 5 and 12-month follow-up health consultations.

The HEAL program is suitable for people of all ages and abilities with a particular focus on people who are looking for some extra help to implement exercise into their life. The program assists people who are struggling with their health or motivation to exercise. It is perfect for people who are ready to change their behaviour and kickstart a healthier life. Be ready to start planning simple steps and take appropriate action to improve your lifestyle.

The first program is due to start mid July and will be on

Mondays at 2pm in Moruya Tuesday at 2pm in Batemans Bay.

If you are interested in securing a spot for the program starting in July please register ASAP as spots are strictly limited.

Or...... Not long to go now! If you’re looking for an accessible, free activity to improve your health look no further than NSW Health’s Healthy and Active for Life Online 10 week program. The program teaches you all about healthy eating and exercise, from the comfort of your own home. All you need is internet access, a computer or tablet and some space to exercise.

The program includes: Access to 2 online home exercise programs for 12 months An exercise manual and log to help keep you on track Phone support from our trained phone coaches at Eurobodalla Health and Fitness Access to 10 weekly online learning modules focused on healthy eating and lifestyle, and more!
