Have you got your COVID-19 vaccination certificate?

NSW will start to reopen for the fully vaccinated (two doses) or those with a medical exception from Monday 11 October, and you’ll need to carry proof of vaccination with you.

There are many ways to access and share proof of COVID-19 vaccination

Medicare online account Express Plus Medicare app Australian Immunisation Register My Health Record Service NSW app – coming soon!

If you’re having problems accessing your certificate, call the Australian Immunisation Register on 1800 653 809. More information here: https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/individuals/subjects/getting-help-during-coronavirus-covid-19/covid-19-vaccinations/how-get-proof If you do not have a smart phone, you can also ask your vaccination provider to print a copy for you, or visit a Services Australia service centre. You can also call the Australian Immunisation Register on 1800 653 809 (8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) and ask for your immunisation history to be posted to you. It can take up to 14 days to arrive by post.
