Another good field of 58 players registered for todays Aggregate Stableford-Secret Partners event. Winning team on the day were Terry Challender who drew Greg Smith as his secret partner, with the team combining to score an impressive 38 points. They were followed home by Peg Nevett partnering Rick Brake on a score of 35 points on count back from Greg Bush and Ross Macalpine, and in fourth place Ron Hanlon partnering with Leonie Snodgrass on 34, on count back.
Balls or chocolates were won by the teams of Bruce Martin and Kevin Dukes, Greg Thornton and Ted Quinlan together with Steve Swanbury and Margaret Downey on 34, and then Teri Swanbury with David Williams and Ian Miller partnering Frank Pomfret on 33.
The infamous Bradman award was taken out by the combination of Herb Muriwai and Ian Wratten whilst nearest the pins were won by Peter McRae on the 4th, Bruce Martin on the 6th, and Leonie Snodgrass and Marcel Kors on the 7th. Kay McLeod took out the Accuracy honours.
