Good news for funding available for Moruya Showground improvements

As part of the NSW Government’s $2.3 billion Health and Economic Stimulus Package (COVID Stimulus), $25 million has been allocated over two years to fund maintenance and improvement works at showgrounds around the State. Funding is being allocated in two phases with showground managers invited by their respective local members to submit funding proposals for consideration.  Phase 1 applications recently closed and funding is expected to be distributed to successful applicants in June 2020. The program is administered by the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment – Crown Lands. Further information about the program, including details about Phase 2 applications can be found here.
