Overnight explosions along the coast in the area of Malua Bay and Mossy Point have revealed that there have been shenanigans around explosives
Emma Jansen reported on FB around 1am that "someone blew up a garbage bin down at the Malua Bay park.
Her husband went to investigate and found the garbage bin "on fire when he got there he stayed till it went out. He called the hotline and 2min after he walked thru the door another explosive bang went off."
