From Friday 15 May, the following activities will be allowed in NSW:

• outdoor gatherings of up to 10 people • cafes and restaurants can seat 10 patrons at any one time • up to 5 visitors to a household at any one time • weddings up to 10 guests • indoor funerals up to 20 mourners, outdoor funerals up to 30 • religious gatherings/places of worship up to 10 worshippers • use of outdoor equipment with caution • outdoor pools open with restrictions.

Continue to practise physical distancing and good hygiene. If you have even the mildest symptoms, you should stay at home. Is local and regional travel allowed for holidays and recreation in NSW?

No. NSW is not yet ready to allow regional travel and holidays.  It is important that as restrictions are eased precautions must be taken to prevent outbreaks in regional and rural communities and so holidays and recreational travel are not allowed at this time. NSW Health will update the community when this changes. Read more about how public health orders affect what you can and can't do at https://www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19/public-health-orders
