Flagging Tape on letterboxes

Far South Coast Rural Fire Service advise:

🔥Flagging Tape on letterboxes.🔥

Building Impact Assessment Teams are currently undertaking sweep of the fire impacted area, to record information about property loss and structural damage and properties that have been saved.

When they are in the field they often tag the mailbox or front fence with tape to identify they have completed this assessment.

If you live in a fire-affected area and see tape on your fence or mailbox please do not be alarmed.
