Felicity Dowd's debut single “Blue Skies” OUT NOW

Felicity Dowd's debut single “Blue Skies” is now available across all platforms. All money raised from streams and downloads over the next 12 months will be donated to the Cobargo Community Bushfire Recovery Fund, an amazing fund working to assist and care for the communities in and surrounding the Cobargo region, who were affected by the 2020 Black Summer bushfires. In launching the single Felicity wrote "The day has finally arrived! “Blue Skies” is now available for download, streaming and purchase on Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer and Itunes. Check out the music video below and on youtube!

"When I first wrote this song in early December 2019, I had no idea of the devastation which would occur so soon after. Seeing Cobargo be hit by the Black Summer Bushfires, and witnessing the rebuilding since, made me want to try and do something to help with this song."

"Over the next 12 months all money raised from streams and downloads of the song ‘Blue Skies’ will be donated to the Cobargo Community Bushfire Recovery Fund.

"I have so many people to thank for helping me make this release a reality and I couldn’t have done it without their support.

"Rod Motbey at Tracking Dog Studios for recording “Blue Skies” and making the song truly come to life.

"Kyle Wilson for producing the “Blue Skies” music video and turning my vision into a reality.

Shylea Ulrick and the ABC South East NSW station for providing photos and footage for the music video.

"Tamworth Songwriters Association for holding the 2020 Talent Quest providing me with the prize to start the recording process.

"To Bec Gracie from The Country Journo for helping me with publicity.

"Checked Label Services for assisting to distribute and publish the song.

"Judy Nadin for creating the beautiful cover art.

"And of course, Lyn Bowtell who has been the most amazing mentor throughout the whole process.

felicity says "So if you get a chance, please listen to the song, stream it, download it, watch it, share it and help me to raise valuable funds for the Cobargo Community Bushfire Recovery Fund."
