Far South Coast Group of the CWA news

The Far South Coast Group of the CWA of NSW comprising members and Group Officers representing the ten Branches of CWA of NSW from Batemans Bay to Eden met at Cobargo School of Arts Hall last month. This was our first Group Council meeting and our last until 2021 after the elections at the Group Conference and AGM in October. It was most enjoyable being able to see so many members from other Branches although Covid requirements had to be followed. It was a very productive meeting as there were a lot of items to discuss since the Group Council meeting in August. Also it was interesting to hear each Branch report presented to know how Branches were coping with all the Far South Coast happenings since August.

The Branches were also brought up to date with the latest results from the FSC Committee for the State Conference and AGM in Bega next May although Branches receive information after each FSC State Conference Committee meeting. Marisha Kelly
