RAY WHITE Batemans Bay | Broulee Principal Steven Mason has expanded Ray White’s reach to Mourya, with the new office opening this month.

Mr Mason opened his Batemans Bay office in 2014, followed by the opening of Broulee early last year. Ray White Moruya will join the two offices under one umbrella with Mr Mason at the helm. The new Moruya office will include Mr Mason’s existing teams but will also welcome several local experts to the business.

The Ray White NSW franchise owner has almost two decades of experience in real estate, which he is excited to officially bring to the residents of Moruya. While the Batemans Bay | Broulee office has been serving clients in Moruya since opening, Mr Mason said he and his team are now better placed to help with all their buying, selling, and leasing needs.

“The opening of our Moruya office now completes the perfect triangle between the three businesses,” Mr Mason said.

“I’d like to see us become real estate leaders in the Moruya market, which I believe is both realistic and achievable.”

Since opening his first office in 2014, Mr Mason believes he and his team have made a massive difference in the real estate market in his local community.

“Before I started my office, Batemans Bay was very stock standard in terms of real estate marketing,” he said.

“We’ve completely changed the way people sell their property and I believe it has helped lift values in the area.

“We pushed premium listings online and introduced creative new ways to market and promote our properties.”

Now with his third real estate business through Ray White, Mr Mason said he has no plans to leave the leading group in the future.

“It’s the best brand in the business and we get a lot of support from them, without which, we wouldn’t be able to do what we do on such a large scale,” he said.

“It’s the best agency, with the best strategy and is at the forefront of training, assistance and support.

“I’m also very passionate about the history and family values behind Ray White. It’s a fourth generation family-run agency and that community feel is at the heart of everything they do – something that really resonates with myself and my team.”

Ray White New South Wales CEO Andrew McCulloch congratulated Mr Mason on the opening of Ray White Moruya.

“We love to support the ambition of our business leaders and I’m thrilled that Steve has chosen to continue with Ray White,” Mr McCulloch said.

“We wish him all the best and look forward to supporting the Ray White Moruya office.”
