Eurobodalla Photographic Club, October Meeting

The set topic for the October competition of the Eurobodalla Photographic Club was "Simply Irresistible"

This challenging topic produced a wide variety of images from our members, ranging from babies to icebergs and including our favorite foods and furry friends along the way.

We were fortunate to secure the services of Linda Fury AAPS, one of the leading judges within the Federation of Camera Clubs. Linda provided a detailed and expert critique of each submitted image, together with welcome suggestions to help our members. Our thanks to Linda for supporting our club.

Member Yvonne Mathews and her husband Vic are voluntary missionaries to Africa, recently serving in Tanzania. Yvonne kindly put together a wonderful photo presentation detailing her adventures in Dodoma and surrounding areas. Her presentation illustrated not only the difficult conditions faced by much of the population but the happiness of the children and the great work being done to provide help to the most vulnerable." Thank you Yvonne for sharing your adventure and some beautiful images

As another year draws to a close we have one more monthly meeting in November, which includes our AGM. Visitors are welcome to join us at 7.00 pm Tuesday 22nd November at Tomakin Community Hall, Ainslie Pde, Tomakin. We do not meet in December, the first meeting in 2023 will be on 24th January.
