Eurobodalla Canine Club to commence final intake for 2020

Term 5 obedience classes commence on Wednesday 7th October, starting at 6.30pm at the Moruya Showground’s.

Due to current restrictions with Covid-19, we are requesting that all handlers interested in participating in these classes, pay fees into our nominated bank account and forward a copy of their completed membership form, details of payment and a copy of their dog’s vaccination certificate to our club treasurer Sarah Taylor. Email eurok9club@gmail.com. Membership forms can be downloaded from our web page www.eurocanine.webs.com.

Details of our beginner’s introductory session along with a copy of our Covid-19 training policy and club pamphlets will be forwarded to new members at the end of September. At our introductory session, we will discuss our training curriculum, show handlers different types of equipment they may wish to use, discuss any concerns handlers may have regarding training and meet some of our Instructors. Dogs must be fully vaccinated and over the age of four months. Enquiries may be made by phoning Sarah on 0411-241413 or Hilary on 0409 492556. Our Club is a not for profit social community organisation whose primary aim is to promote responsible dog ownership in the Eurobodalla and surrounding area. It is a wonderful way to get out and about, learn new methods of dog training, with both you and your dog getting good exercise. For new members, you are about to commence a new journey with your canine family member and we applaud you for making this decision, we all began there where you are today. A bit of perseverance, determination, small amounts of practice and a light-hearted manner to training the exercises taught to you, will go a long way towards turning your dog into an obedient canine citizen.
