The week began with a Coachhouse Marina Resort redevelopment determination hearing conducted by the NSW Government's Southern Regional Planning Panel that saw a full auditorium of interested community who took the opportunity to speak directly to the panel before any further decision is made.
The panel heard from several residents who objected to the re-development of the Coachhouse Marina Resort, estimated at $189,000,000, that plans to include aged care, senior's living housing and residential housing. Regional Planning Director Alison McCabe chaired the proceedings with the project being deferred awaiting further reports.
