Punkalla /Olsen Creek Area

Sixteen walkers started at the Punkalla -Tilba Creek bridge and walked to the junction of the Engine Road. (quite a steep incline) They then followed a bush track down to a very dry Olsens Creek and  back up to the Engine Road.

A short track was then followed to the Scenic Drive and back down to the Bridge. It was very hot  and humid by this stage so lunch was had  further along Punkalla Creek in the shade. A total of 8.5 klms was walked in trying conditions.

The walkers that came were Steve Deck, Heather Ferguson,Donna Franklin,Sheryl Cooper,Steve Saunders, Cindy Chipchase, Nerylin Cheeseman, Peter West ( new visitors) Alison Philip, Margaret Moran, Narelle Spees, Pat Hellsing, Kerren Ogg, Anita Porter, Sharon Pearson, Maggie Finch


NOTE: Comments were TRIALED - in the end it failed as humans will be humans and it turned into a pile of merde; only contributed to by just a handful who did little to add to the conversation of the issue at hand.
