COVID-19 weekly update – Friday 23 December 2022

In the 7 days to 4pm Thursday 22 December: • 38,610 new cases of COVID-19 have been recorded: 15,951 rapid antigen tests (RATs) and 22,659 PCR tests • 78 lives lost

As at 4pm Thursday 22 December: • 1,618 people with COVID-19 in hospital • 34 people with COVID-19 in ICU
