Country Women's Association of NSW

Were you as a reader of the Beagle aware that the Country Women's

Association of NSW are having our Awareness Week from 5th September to

11th September and our topic for this year is Social and Affordable

Housing. Did you know the largest growing group of homeless people are

women over 55,so who better than the CWA to speak for them & all others

having housing difficulties. Normally our Branches from Batemans Bay to Eden have a function of some sort to publicise this week but due to lockdown we're unable to. So once we are open again ask your local Branch about the difference between Social and Affordable Housing if you don't already know and what can be done to help.

NOTE: Comments were TRIALED - in the end it failed as humans will be humans and it turned into a pile of merde; only contributed to by just a handful who did little to add to the conversation of the issue at hand. Anyone who would like to contribute an opinion are encouraged to send in a Letter to the Editor where it might be considered for publication
