Constance bid for Senate fails

All 151 seats in the House of Representatives and likely 40 of the 76 seats in the Senate will be contested. Given Mr Constance's clear aspirations for Federal politics it is unlikely that he would consider challenging Dr Michael Holland for the now securely held NSW Labor seat of Bega.
