Club Malua Women's Bowls Report

What a fabulous day for 38 ladies bowling in six games of Triples and two of Pairs. There was a match before lunch of 15 ends then two of ten ends in the afternoon.

Every match, positions were selected using sticks so bowled in a different team each time.

Thank you to Bowls Organiser David Thomas for the great organisation of this event, also to Club Cabramatta for the prize money of $1,000 which was a terrific incentive.

Lovely to have Julie Lewis back on the green, also Janet McKay. Birthday greetings to Gai Gibson and Congratulations to Pat Weekes on the birth of grand daughter Aster, her other grand daughters have lovely flowery names also.

President Sue Beavan presented Julie Lewis with her 10 years of bowling Certificate.

Club Malua Stingrays next Tuesday in District Senior Triples playoffs in Jindabyne.
