After not bowling for two weeks it was lovely to be out on the green this week amid beautiful sunshine. There were 48 ladies present, and as Green 2 is being top dressed we bowled on Green 1 in a Fours format using only 2 bowls each.

President Sue Beavan and Bowls Organiser David Thomas welcomed everyone. David welcomed Bev Feehan back to bowls as she has been away for several months, lovely to see her on the green, all the way from Araluen.

President Sue presented Tania Calder with a badge for bowling in the Grade 2 Pennant team as a Reserve and being part of the District winning team.

Jan Shalders, recently elected as a Vice-President will take on role of Welfare.

Winners on Rink 6, Gai Gibson, Jean Beeley, Gayl Vidgen and Tania Calder.

Runners-up on Rink 5, Sue Palmer, Judy Davis, Sue Morgan and Ellie Crompton.

Rink 3 was selected to try for Jackpot of $696 , Winning Skip Yvonne Huddleston did the honours but no luck, there are not many cards left.

Happy Birthday wishes to Gay Biggs who celebrated this week. Money club winners on 15 Margaret Bridges, 12, Carol Harris. David announced a 2 bowl Triple event on 22nd November to be played.
