Club Malua Women's Bowls

President Sue Beavan welcomed everyone especially good to see Lynn Gowans

back on the green, also Fran Selby who shared a half game with Carol Harris.

Taken a while to get you to come and bowl with us Fran, hope you enjoyed the day.

Bowls Organiser David Thomas called cards for 38 ladies bowling 3 bowl triples.

Winners on Rink 6, June Williams, Raija Johnston and Karen Signor.

Runner-up Rink 2, Lauraine Taylor, Bev McKague and Noleen Taylor.

Lucky Losers Rink 3, Robyn Butcher, Sonia Frey and Nancy White. Colleen Ashby lucky number winner. Money Club, 21 Sue Beavan,6 Margaret Bridges.

Other winning teams, Tricia Wheeler, Gay Biggs and Ellie Crompton in a fantastic game only winning on the last end. Pat Biddolph, Olga Geshwend and Jenny Blyth. Gloria Harper, Anna Stewart and Alison Innes. Judy Davis, Judy Armstrong and Tania Calder.

Committee met with executives from Club Cabramatta re Unification of our Men and Women.

Each will have their own bowling day also the Selection committees along with Bowls Organiser.

Sue thanked Kim Giannasca for the work she has done on the Honour Board which was lost in the bushfires. The Honour Board will now be shown on the two new screens in the Club.

Next Tuesday the Major/Minor 3 bowls Pairs event Rounds 1 and 2 will be played.

Good Bowling to David Thomas as he represents Club Malua in Zone playoffs in Maitland.

He will also bowl in Champion of Champions at Club Cabramatta in Singles and Pairs.
