Motorists are advised of changed traffic conditions from this week on the Princes Highway at Narooma as part of safety upgrades being carried out at Centenary Drive.

The option to turn right into Centenary Drive from the Princes Highway has been removed from Thursday 20 August in response to safety concerns from the community.

Road users wishing to access Centenary Drive and Bar Beach should travel one kilometre north to the intersection of Princes Highway and Dalmeny Drive.

A guardrail barrier has been installed at the intersection to prevent right turns from the Princes Highway into Centenary Drive together with permanent signage and line marking.

Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions, and follow the directions of all signs.

Transport for NSW thanks motorists for their patience during this time.
