Changed traffic conditions on Princes Highway and Wharf Road at Batemans Bay

Motorists are advised of changed traffic conditions on the Princes Highway at Batemans Bay from today for maintenance work to be carried out.

Work will be carried out between 7pm and 7am from Monday 11 to Friday 15 November, weather permitting.

Bridge maintenance work and median removal will be carried out at night on the Princes Hwy between Peninsula Drive and Clyde Street. There will be temporary lane closures in place on the Princes Highway for mechanical and electrical maintenance to keep the lift span operational for river users.

Wharf Road will be temporarily closed for one night on Thursday 14 November near the Princes Highway intersection for utility work to be carried out. Motorists can detour via Peninsula Drive.

Traffic control, lane closures and a reduced speed limit of 40 km/h will be in place for the safety of workers and road users. Motorists are advised to follow the direction of signs and traffic control.

Motorists are advised to check electronic message boards for updates and allow an additional five minutes travel time.

Transport for NSW thanks motorists for their patience during this time.
