CATALINA LADIES Results 19 February 2020
An excellent day for golf – temperature bearable, no mosquitos and a few sticky diptera (flies) – just a little long grass in the rough and a lot of variance in the speed of the greens. The course was heavy and a little slow, not much run. Bunkers? Try not to get involved. Today 70 Ladies combined for the first round of the Foursomes Championships. The second and final round will be played next Wednesday, 26 February 2020. The players today were divided into two divisions, the results are as follows:
Division 1
Nett First: Portia Dunn & Jenny Scullin - 73.5
Nett Second: Debbie Coleman & Jo Taylor - 75.5
Gross First: Margaret Dickinson & Nikki Frank - 84
Gross Second: Carolyn Croke & Oroya Mitchell - 96
