CATALINA LADIES Results 12 February 2020
Rain, rain, glorious rain and 185 mm swamped the Catalina Golf Course over last weekend including Monday. Consequently, the Tuesday’s men’s competition was cancelled. Wednesday dawned and with some showers predicated, the Ladies competition was to proceed, but with changes; bunkers GUR and no motorised carts. A number of brave Ladies, 30 in all, battled the hardships of soggy fairways, unrelenting wet and boggy rough and water saturated greens to complete today’s Stableford competition. Well done Ladies! All divisions combined to give the following results:
First: Bev Flynn (24) 34 points
Second: Courtney Vincent (19) 33 points
Third: Coleen Day (22) 32 points
Fourth: Cathie Flynn (23) 32 points
