All lanes of the Princes Highway at Narooma have now been reopened following a multi-vehicle crash.
Emergency services responded to the crash on the Princes Highway at Riverside Drive.
NSW Paramedics say the crash occurred between two cars and a truck around 11:30am.
Two patients were assessed by paramedics.
One of the patients was a male in his 30s who was trapped in his vehicle. He suffered serious head injuries, and was transferred to Canberra Hospital via the TOLL rescue helicopter in a serious but stable condition.
The crash site has been cleared, and all lanes have reopened.
