Bruce Cleeve scores a Hole in One

Tuross Head Country Club men’s golfers again played in a stableford  competition this week and John Phyland emerged as the winner with a score of 40 points.

Paul Scholze, who also returned a card of 40 points, had to be satisfied with second placing on a countback.

Bruce Handley with 39 points was the next  placegetter ahead of Shane Gschwend and Brad Doolan who both finished on 38 points.

Thursday’s medley stableford was won by Graeme Bell with a score of 40 points and Rex Wood had to be satisfied with second place with another countback result.

Ron Rogers and Robert McDonald both finished with 36 points ahead of Bruce Lidbury 35 points.

Bruce Cleeve had the satisfaction of achieving a hole in one on the 6th hole. Congratulations Bruce.
