Impact:  Highway closed in both directions.Diversions:Southbound traffic is diverted onto Broulee Road, northbound into North Head Drive. These diversions are suitable for all vehicles.Attending:Transport for NSW, Emergency services Advice:Use diversions Allow extra travel time
