Best wishes to all the contestants in this weekend’s Eurobodalla ‘Dancing with the Stars’

The Bateman’s Bay Soldier’s Club is hosting this year’s event ( Saturday 10th August 2019 ) and just like on the television show ‘Dancing with the Stars’ will feature prominent Eurobodalla community members who have been working with a professional dance instructor over the past 12 weeks to choreograph and learn a dance routine, which they will then perform tomorrow night in front of a panel of judges and an appreciative audience at the Gala event.

While it all sounds like fun it has a serious side as well being a fundraiser for the Cancer Council

AMAZING EFFORT STARS OF EUROBODALLA! The contestants have smashed the fundraising target of $30,000 with $36,669 raised so far with Garry Griffiths in the lead presently with $7,819.03

Garry moved to Batemans Bay at the age of 16 where he completed year 11 at Batemans Bay High School the started his Gyprock plastering apprenticeship. Later this year, Garry will proudly become a Dad. At the 2019 Stars of Eurobodalla, Garry will be representing CBG Plastering.

All funds raised from Stars of Eurobodalla Dance for Cancer 2019 go straight back into cancer support services for our local community. To show your support, head to https://everydayhero.com.au/event/starsofeurobodalla2019
