The commercial marina located in Batemans Bay has come on to the market.
The Batemans Bay Marina Pty Ltd is being offered for sale by Expressions of Interest (EOI) closing at 4:00pm (AEDT) on Thursday the 2nd February 2023. The sale of the recently refurbished property, including business operation and potential development is being offered as a "going concern".
Batemans Bay Marina underwent significant redevelopment between 2016 and 2018 to convert an original CO-OP based facility into a food and beverage precinct surrounded by new berthing facilities that now provides 128 wet berths, 6 swing moorings and dry storage for 14 boats.
It also has potential for a further 43 berths on 2 additional arms to be constructed subject to approval from relevant authorities
Of interest is that Batemans Bay Marina has one of the longest Marina leases in NSW with a residual lease term of approximately 55 years.
