Batemans Bay 'Boars' end of season

The regular season came to end yesterday for Batemans Bay 'Boars' Rugby Union with a loss on the road to the Cooma Red Devils.

The Boar's say "It’s been a tough season, especially on the road with the lads travelling with only 11 or 12 in most instances, but they always fronted up and put in 100% and with the young players we have in the club there are plenty of exciting years to look forward to!

"Congrats to Ben Fish playing his 50th junior/senior game yesterday - plenty more to come

Good luck to all the remaining teams with their finals campaigns

"We now have a few weeks off before training will start for the south coast 10s, every weekend of September - new players more than welcome and encouraged to join the squad, details to come or reach out"

NOTE: Comments were TRIALED - in the end it failed as humans will be humans and it turned into a pile of merde; only contributed to by just a handful who did little to add to the conversation of the issue at hand. Anyone who would like to contribute an opinion are encouraged to send in a Letter to the Editor where it might be considered for publication
