Australia Day : who will be our next Australian of the Year

Who will be the 2022 #AusoftheYear?

Watch the 2022 #AusoftheYear Awards on 25 January at 7:30pm (AEDT) via ABC TV + iview. The Australian of the Year is a national award conferred on an Australian citizen by the National Australia Day Council, a not-for-profit Australian Government–owned social enterprise. Before we move on to the 2022 announcement of the next Australian of the Year let's reflect on last year's winner.
