“Due to the current fire conditions and some unforeseen circumstances as a result of the fires, this year’s Australia Day Celebrations in Russ Martin Park have been cancelled. The Moruya & District Australia Day Committee apologises to the Moruya community, and we anticipate that we will be back bigger & better in 2021.
To all our regular attendees and visitors to Moruya, we hope you can celebrate Australia Day in your own way."

A night out for our community recognise & thank our amazing firies 🚒 and all the volunteers who have been working so tirelessly over the past weeks.
Finger food will be provided. Purchase own drinks, shout anyone in uniform. This is our community chance to look after these special people.

Australia Day at Surf Beach Narooma
Narooma Australia Day is held on Jan 26th, 2020 commencing at 08:00am at the Narooma Surf Life Saving Club Everyone is invited to start the day with an Aussie BBQ breakfast at the Narooma Surf Club. Breakfast kicks off at 8 am and is proudly hosted by Narooma Surf Club and the Narooma & District Lions Club. Don’t forget to bring your water, hat and sunscreen.
