Any ideas who is behind this flyer? It is being letter dropped across the shire yet has no contact information. It does not have any statement of coming from one group or another and is merely highlighting some of the many deficiencies of the Innes term of Council. Any ideas?


 
 

NOTE: Comments were TRIALED - in the end it failed as humans will be humans and it turned into a pile of merde; only contributed to by just a handful who did little to add to the conversation of the issue at hand.
