Dear Beagle Editor,
I wonder if your readers are as disgusted as I am the sight that greeted me this morning in a Batemans Bay shopping centre car park.
Perhaps the mall owners could find it within their budget to provide several fixed wall ashtrays for their valued customers and front line workers, and regularly clean and correctly dispose of the cigarette butts that will otherwise end up in our oyster producing rivers and on our tourist attracting beaches.
